When Planning Your San Francisco Elopement, Don't Forget...

We have all been navigating new territory in the time of COVID-19, and everyone has had to pivot in some way to accommodate social distancing mandates to keep our family, friends and neighbors safe. This is particularly true of all the engaged couples hoping to tie the knot in 2020. Right now, weddings — or large gatherings (which of course weddings tend to be) — are simply not permitted, or safe.

Elopements, and extremely small ceremonies, will be the mainstay of 2020, and we have some suggestions when it comes to planning your upcoming nuptials.

Our number one tip? Don’t. Forget. Transportation.

You saw that coming, right?

The first things that likely come to mind when planning your elopement might be: Dress, flowers, photographer (we also highly suggest hiring a top-notch photographer for your intimate day), officiant. Perfect. And then after you say your vows, go ahead and hop in your ‘92 Toyota Camry and drive off into the sunset.

Or don’t. :) Make luxury transportation part of your day! Have a chauffeur to escort you to your San Francisco Bay Area elopement destination, and then enjoy time to yourselves in the privacy of a stretch limousine or luxury Cadillac SUV as you travel to your next stop, where you have delivery waiting from your favorite restaurant.
